1 year of the GNU toolchain weekly newsletter is done.

Can't believe it has been a year already. Plus I have been very regular on doing it on Sunday with only a few weeks (I think 3) doing it on Monday (one was Wednesday but that was a different reason).
Only skipping one week for the cauldron too.

Even doing it on the weeks I am was on vacation. Just didn't handle the easy issue for those 2 weeks.

Only a few suggestion were requested; one still not implemented; a web page.

But the other suggestions were implemented; commit ids were added.

I did reorder the projects in later newsletter. Putting glibc last because it has much less commits. I noticed there are less than 50 commits there. GDB/binutils gets a little more than 50 commits in a normal week. While GCC can vary from 150 commits to more than 300 commits depending on if there is an Ada or Rust sync. Even last week was 250 commits even without either of those.

@pinskia Congratulations! I know well what a challenge you have taken on here...it's not easy to keep it going week after week.
