@HopelessDemigod There are several 3 element and 4 element 80 metre full sized yagis out there, and a few 3-eles on 160 metres. OH8X used to have a 3-ele on 160 with a 5-ele on 80 stacked above it, but that's only on a 100 METRE tower. Whew! https://ei7gl.blogspot.com/2009/01/mmmma-3-el-yagi-for-160m.html https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYhlV_8SFcQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYUPyBAJzBc

@HopelessDemigod Biggest antenna I've ever used was a 5/8 vertical on 160 metres. I used a 5 foot diameter balloon and 100 yds of aluminium fence wire. I had to run two fishing-line guys to keep the balloon roughly vertical and tied it to the top of a 40 ft mast, insulated at the base and fed with a tapped loading coil. It was amazing, but a total nightmare. Condensation made the balloon and wire very heavy. The water detuned the antenna a lot. It needed a mechanical twanger to shift the drips
