@jann my understanding is that it was taken down, at least remporarily, to deal with spam with the thought of bringing it back read-only. However, I could be very wrong about that.

@jmorris manages that site and would know for certain.

@jann is there something specific you are looking for on the selinuxproject.org wiki? We've got The SELinux Notebook, as well as a few wiki pages via GH, and we're currently talking about expanding that a bit and having some sort of landing page, etc. but that is still in the "talking about it" phase to be honest.
