The AI nonsense aside, the most cringe (although not surprising at all) thing is still IMHO considering himself as "perhaps the best engineer in the world". This even tops the legendary stature comment from lwn comment section. And it's trivially disproved too, because a good engineer are able to work together with other engineers, and not just preach about this kind of stuff while the reality is totally different.
