We can remove strncpy() from the Linux kernel finally! I did the last 6 instances, and dropped all the implementations:

This took a few months to actually get all the straggler commits landed, but now the Pull Request to Linus has landed, and strncpy is officially gone from the Linux kernel (visible with the v7.2 release in 2 months):
