Inching closer to an initial release of this project (RF Deck). Incorporating changes after some field testing a couple of weeks ago.

The onboard GPS antenna is an issue, it’s pointed out the back of the device, which will often mean it’s pointed down at an angle. Flipping it over means it will look directly at the metal case of the touchscreen. Best option is a smaller GPS board which can point up, or a separate embedded antenna. For now I am using an external GPS antenna which can be magnetically attached to the top of the enclosure (see embedded magnet near fan).
