@cR0w I've been digging into this for a while and it's becoming clear to me that you need to know a lot more about whatever the bot is doing than you would if you were managing a person, who you could otherwise help develop into a subject matter expert and increasingly capable practitioner. You can increasingly delegate RESPONSIBILITY to the person.

Coding via an LLM profoundly does not work like this. You must increase the scope of your personal SME capability and responsibility to always exceed that of the agent.

This does not scale for complex novel engineering projects.
