Pretty sure I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. From WaPo:

"The Kennedy Center installed President Donald Trump’s name on its exterior Friday morning, a dramatic change to a building established by law as a “living memorial” to a slain president'.

"On Thursday the center’s board, made up of loyalists with Trump as chair, voted to rename the institution “The Donald J. Trump and The John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts.”

@briankrebs This is against the law as the name is based in statute. Only an act of Congress can make the name change.

@briankrebs yeah, well, they put Stalin's name on Lenin's mausoleum, too, and then quietly ripped it out when it was politically okay to do so.
