I find that it is even more descriptive to leave off the first three words there.

But I'm bitter.

Not to defend them or anything, but I know they had the early adopter problem of standardizing on UTF-16 before UTF-8 had been invented, but you would naively think that their UTF-16 support would be rather mature by now.
