Excited to get this (~3rd in reading queue). Mersini-Houghton’s multiverse theory is the only one which has been tested, AFAIK.
I find it difficult to understand (e.g pre-Universe “energy landscape”) so I’m hoping the book will help.

@hallyn currently reading "Bouvard et Pécuchet" by Flaubert, then probably "Wholeness and the Implicate Order" by David Bohm.

I read this while flying across the Pacific Ocean and can highly recommend. Mersini-Houghton has established, with a testable theory, how our universe arose from an energy landscape as one of many different universes, overturning millennia of entrenched thinking that our world is special.

There's a good video on this here but I definitely needed the book to understand the finer details.

It's interesting that the observed evidence for her theory is stronger than she indicates in the video -- she is incredibly humble!
