Yes, this title alone:

„Pro Rusko venkovský nacista, pro Ukrajinu nejlepší z nejlepších. Kdo byl legendární velitel Da Vinci?“

is not OK. And neither title will be OK as long as it mentions Muscovian attitude. Did český novinář ask himself why he cared about how Muscovian terrorists perceive other people? If he asked and he cared, why should Ukraine care about český novinář who cared about Muscovian terrorists? Because if he asked and he didn't care, he wouldn't write that. And if he didn't ask himself about this, he was just an unprofessional novinář who had nothing to do in Ukraine.
