Kdump/pstore and overall debugging lover

A few updates to my notes on my preferred remote Arch Linux build server setup:
* mkinitcpio-tinyssh finally fixed, so remove workaround
* Document creating systemd-resolved symlink for /etc/resolv.conf
* Don't bother generating fallback initramfs
