@bwh do you mean just one of the multi-port dongles, or an actual dock that the laptop snaps into? There's a bunch of options for multi-port dongles, the IT folks at work give us these Dockteck ones that seem to work fine. I've also found the Thunderbolt 4 hubs way more reliable than TB3, in case you need the extra bandwidth on top of USB-3.

@bwh most of the cheap ones I run into are HDMI as opposed to DP, but otherwise it should be pretty easy to find a multi-port dongle. I've had a handful and they generally seem to work acceptably, I just buy the cheap no-name stuff.
