wondering how can i add extra commands for #cmake clean target #build

specifically:

git submodule foreach --recursive git clean -f -d -x
git submodule foreach --recursive git reset --hard

the project does some nasty thing that i have no time to fix atm. this is just a workaround. #riscv #keystone
