Been using the amazing b4 tool and noticed it lacks shell completion.

The existing tools to auto-generate them seem uncooperative. @monsieuricon are you comfortable if I manually write something for upstreaming? I will try to keep it simple, although I'm weary of the maintenance it may bring.

@monsieuricon turns out python-shtab does the job. Trivial patch sent [1], where both bash and zsh completions seem to just work (tm).

Also, there are no typos in that commit - absolutely none 🙈

Thanks again for the tools and all the critical infra work behind the scenes.
