Even if the story about Internet connected toothbrushes isn't true, this has happened before with other IoT devices.
The warning to not make insecure devices that are connected to a global network remains relevant.
@themamiyaman @corbet The "need" for a smart toothbrush is one felt by Philips to a) require you to use a new brush every so often and b) v likely, restrict you to using only Philips brush heads.
