typst is a game changer tool for manuals and more layout/typography etc. sensitive documentation that is beyond the reach of #markdown or #restructuredtext.

@alxlg probably not in svg output in the pdf at least the links work :-)

@alxlg i'm sure that everything essential missing for typst will eventually get there. it is pretty mature considering the time span of development but that "svg preview" might possibly be less capable than pdf :-) i'm not really expert in this, tbh i don't even know does SVG file format have a feature for having links....

Yep I know, just wondering if one could make Typst include links in SVGs somehow, 'cause afaik SVG support them... but I guess we may have to wait for the full-featured HTML export they promised

About links in SVGs I am pretty sure they are a thing, I used to add them using 's UI

I can confirm. The anchor tag has existed since the 1999 SVG 1.1 specification.
