Where I think though, education should start from is to stop speaking of machines that do modelling of data in terms that by definition point to human properties.
These machines are not understandable through words like creativity or intelligence, but by relationships in data.
And copyright laws do need to be rewritten, finally acknowledging the remix as a work of art. So far we have avoided it, but it was needed since 1980s
