I need to replace my PC Engine's APU1 functioning as firewall. It can't keep up with my 500/500 Mb/s Internet connection.
Any recommendations as similar kind of device with similar price point (<300€) for running #OpenBSD ?
I could also consider something bit more expensive if it has SFP/SFP+ port.

@oherrala 100% I used it on sub par hardware for a long time before upgrading to their hardware. If you want the experience up front download it and throw it in a proxmox and configure it as you would

oherrala@mastodon.social@mj I maintain one OPNSense firewall, but I really feel like just running OpenBSD instead.
OPNSense is fine system and has been running well for that specific need. But since it's different from anything else then it's just constant Googling to do anything.
