I have no recollection of when I decided to indent with tabs, I feel like I've been doing it ever since I started programming

Anyway
- it's more straightforward to adjust indent size
- it's a single character instead of many
- it's harder to use the wrong number of tabs than the wrong number of spaces
- fuck style guides, don't do something just becasue some standard tells you to, use your brain

@iro_miya I recently stopped using any code autoformatter tools just because they are automatically removing tabs for no good reason...

@monsieuricon@social.kernel.org ah yeah I get it, I am actually on the run from the Python Foundation on multiple counts of PEP-8 violations

@iro_miya People who want spaces are just too incompetent to do proper semantic indentation and treat it like an optics-thing, rather than a logic thing.

Change My Mind!
