@corbet have I mentioned recently how much enjoyment and value I get from your LWN articles? I just finished reading "The file_operations structure gets smaller" ( https://lwn.net/Articles/972081/ ) and it was a delight, laying out the current interesting development of Jens's patch series and then diving deep into the historical analysis underpinning the whole system. Lucid, insightful, timely. Tour de force writing. Thank you so much.
