I don't have ADHD (pretty sure, I went over a bunch of resources to verify), but some days listening to "ADHD relief music" is the only way I can stay focused on a task.

@luis_in_brief Not really a genre -- it's mostly lofi or bass-and-bops overlayed over a binaural wave.

@monsieuricon I (an ADHD person) expect that if that alone works even remotely consistently, it's a pretty good sign you don't have ADHD.

@luis_in_brief @monsieuricon there are people who produce stuff to try to cater to it directly, and many ADHD people have playlists that are just generally "get stuff done" collections that help along with medications and other things. I think the defining characteristics are music that a) raises the general level of stimulus to relieve under-stimulation and b) there's not much there to actually focus on.

Personally for me it's lots of boring techno and some movie scores.
