@mirek @major I second this, have been using Zoho Mail for over two years. It's hard to find a service with a better features+reliability/cost ratio.

@sesivany @mirek @major perhaps proton mail for business plan? Maybe little bit more expensive but Proton Pass is killer feature for me.

@janantos @mirek @major for me Proton Mail is 3.5x more expensive than Zoho Mail (3.99 vs 1.15). If you have the whole family on it, it makes a difference.
It could be different if you use other services in addition to mail. I'm only interested in mail, everything else is served by my Nextcloud.

@sesivany @mirek @major this I understand, I have different case scenario I need to handle 3 different domains with single user for time of being.

@major I use @fastmail now. It's really handy and works better with calendaring, especially if you live with folks that are still on google things.
I had used for years, but the calendaring and painful IMAP/SMTP was constantly a challenge. (I still use their when traveling).
Then was with https://mailinabox.email/ which was better but hosting was a challenge because of reverse DNS and more.
is fine.
