Finally unsubscribed from the NYT; the drumbeat of headlines about Biden's age, rather than his achievements or the horrifying threats and complete gibberish of his opponent, finally broke me.

- @ProPublica (possibly era-defining work on SCOTUS corruption, if Ds hold either house of Congress)
- @MLNow (neighborhood paper!)
- SF Chronicle (imperfect but good city culture coverage)

@luis_in_brief ironically after their “trump is unfit to lead” article I am feeling better about the times than I have in years! the op-ed page has been a wasteland of dangerous morons for … well, the better part of a decade that I know about, but probably much longer. Managing expectations is key, expect nothing and you won’t be disappointed.
