Cursed PSU that's fixed 12V but has a USB-C connector

@mjg59 I've got one from a lighting unit which has a USB-micro plug and an analog dial, which sets the voltage to 3-19v

@mjg59 please say that this just means "we only support 12V and some minimal current at 5V for negotiating up"

@mjg59 This is why I won’t do a Type-C design without overvoltage protection to at least 20 V.

@mjg59 Ikoolcore did the same for their tiny Intel-based computers... I've fried a nanopi r4s because of it THEN decided it would be good to add a label like you did.

@mjg59 Given how complex USB-c specs is, it is ~requirement for USB-C hw to be 20V tolerant. And even Nokia phones with 5V chargers were 16V (or so) tolerant, so perhaps that's the case.
