Strange license case: A family once signed up for a Disney+ trial. This included a mandatory arbitration clause. One of the family members later died of an allergic reaction to food in a Disney restaurant. Because of the Disney+ trial, Disney tried to force their subsequent wrongful death lawsuit to arbitration. In acknowledgement that they might not have won that, and the perception of awful publicity, Disney will allow the case to be decided in court.

@BrucePerens_K6BP One thing I only saw in one article was that they bought the tickets for the fatal trip using the Disney account they created when they got the Disney+ trial and agreed to the arbitration clause. Still not pretty, but it linked the two more closely than just having done the trial.
