@pony I guess not in general but this one is serious enough (apparently forecast looks like before the 2002 floods) so there's centrální povodňová komise meeting etc.

@vbabka yeah 2002 was pretty bad (and 1997 really bad), i have some direct memories (though always lived very uphill), though a big issue in both cases was there was just no organization, no meaningful flood protection or anything, one would hope that has vastly improved now
