@rmader Is there a universal camera library that will allow manual controls for everything similar to how you have pro modes on android cameras? My understanding is libcamera is mostly for auto mode based cameras since you manually define the sensor tuning when compiling. Im looking for something that will allow changing in the user side of things.

@Luigi311 Hm, my understanding of libcamera is that it aims to give users all the control they need for pro applications - and that's also how I see it used in commercial projects.
Using it through pipewire limits app control though and IMO is more what you describe.

@rmader Your right i forgot thats how @piggz setup harbour shutter and that has some advance control options but i dont remember what that exposes.

@Luigi311 @rmader There's no universal camera library. Manual controls are way easier than auto. Take a look at libcamera and megapixels.
