I realized that i have 0 accounts in any services that meta produces after reading about Mark Zuckerberg. At most have had 1 π I think it is the only of the big cloud whose full portfolio is based only on products that are actually bad for you, your productivity and can cause serious addiction.

pinkforest@hachyderm.io@jarkko I left facebook 2006 and not a single zuck since then. they were piloting image tagging (of others without their consent) then and saw where that surveillance racket was going towards.

E.g. I mean you can have many opinions about Google but they also do bunch of legit productivity tools, instead of basing all business on pushing digital crack to consumers.

@pinkforest Other than a digital crack, the only existing use case for Meta's platforms is being one of the most powerful hybrid cyber weapons we've seen so far, if not the most powerful cyber weapon.
