@pinkforest Not relate to my question but pretty interesting solution. So what would make one do it like this instead of "rust-toolchain.xml"?

@jarkko for library you can't really pin your toolchain and you have to support variety of versions from MSRV. toolchain file is mostly for top level binaries pinning it.
