@molly0xfff Oddly, if you interpreted the actual headline "...Musk asked..." as regular English and then translated it to headlinese it would change tense and become "...Musk asks..." wouldn't it?

@molly0xfff I read it both with and without the "is" in the headline. The meaning seems to be the same. What am I missing?
