Applies to technology as much as everything else.
The creators have no value when they are not rich. Hence we get technology that steals from them. Even if other kind of tech that doesn’t would be within reach right now.
But there is no incentive to develop that technology, as we don’t have strong structures protecting the creators.

@MSugarhill @pavel @angiebaby yes, transmission (with 100%) was local and aria2 on a hetzner server. And I got the file on the server.
To make the upload work I had to open ports on my firewall. Usually closed.
