@phoenix Sounds awesome! Never heard of it. Is it very local to where you're from, or is it something that's just not restaurant material?

@StroomAfwaarts It's both, but very local. I know this only from the valley where I am from (Pustertal).

Here one can find it occasionally in Restaurants though. Never seen it outside though ...
