@atax1a It is a language model. And language models are good at ... modeling langauge. If you want to add diacritics to czech text, for example, chatgpt will be pretty great in that use case.

For example, you could have used language model so that you would not sound like a ******* *****.

@atax1a A long time ago, certain corners of the Czech internet (possibly all of it) went without diacritics anyway, possibly in part because encoding is a fuck, and in part because it's just easy to write that way, and it was fine

Hell, I used to not use diacritics on the explatform even in 2017ish

@ozzelot @atax1a Velmi jednoduse... Jazykove modely se hodi na spoustu veci, ta diakritika je jen jeden z prikladu. Rozpoznavani reci je dalsi. Na mff se da studovat lingvistika, tam se daji sehnat dalsi. A chatgpt je sakra dobrej jazykovej model.

Jen, jazykove modely nejsou uplne spravna vec na odpovidani na otazky, no :-). Ale to neznamena ze nemaji rozumna pouziti.
