Long story short: no.
Depends on what features you expect. The postmarketOS aim to upcycle device for other purpose (e.g. home automation screen). Only few devices can be used as phone including phone calls, camera.
The chosen one's are OnePlus 6 (ready to use), FairPhone 5 (will be ready soon and will be manufactured for some time/you can buy new device)

jmlich@fosstodon.org@GOKUSHRM IIRC OnePlus 6 works better than OnePlus 6T. I am not an expert on postmarketOS. I am using ubuntu touch on FairPhone 5 (I wrote detailed review of FP5+UT on my blog)
