Found out ways to bring down Puu OS's 8 hour compilation time:

1. SDK caching. I.e. bootstrapped BR toolchains to ~/.cache/puu-os/sdk/...
2. Flatpak preseeding. I.e. install GNOME Web etc. to the live image but not as part of bootc.

The latter is enormous win as the compilation of WebKit is over 50% of overall compilation time. It's sick.
