To be clear, is probably not ready to "daily drive" on phones for most folks... But it's fun to play with / hack around on and we're trying to improve stability / usefulness!

@craftyguy I want help (but outside of that area). But I don't think my old phones are exactly suitable. lenovo.a2016a40 with MediaTek MTK 6735m -- that will be hard, right? Looking for OnePlus 6, but those are untrivial to get. CutiePi -- rpi inside -- would that be suitable target? Is there anything I could buy which would be sure to get good support eventually? fp4 / fp5?

@pavel the sdm845 devices have decent support now. I've only heard bad things about mediatek but I'm not really a kernel person 😅 fp4 and fp5 looked pretty good at our FOSDEM stand, @z3ntu has been working on those.
