@monsieuricon i don't think this is the LLM not following the prompt.

I think this is an "MBA or equivalent" (AKA "PHB" in the pre-trump era) not understanding what they are doing, and using the output of the LLM verbatim, wishful-thinking that the automagic software stack would substitute the tokens with their appropriate value. Clearly, they are in upper case and between square brackets, so it must be some sort of code, right? Right?
