enable "https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/kernel-vanilla/mainline-wo-mergew/" and "dnf install kernel-rt"; once 6.12 is out you can switch to the kernel vanilla stable repo, as that it will start shipping that kernel, too

@kernellogger I did "sudo dnf copr enable @kernel-vanilla/mainline-wo-mergew && dnf up". For me in my work laptop it makes to follow rc's anyway :-)
Also will install kernel-rt.

FWIW, I haven't actually tried the -rt kernels, expect booting them once on real hardware when I started shipping them a few weeks ago.

So if there is anything wrong with their packaging, please let me know!
