My #postmarketOS collection grows again. Got it booting on the S5 and Note 3 with lk2nd! I started the Note 3 port a few years back and never figured out how to get WiFi working. I want to give that another go. Also, I want the S Pen to work on Linux.

@CalcProgrammer1 Does convergence work on any of these, ie connecting it to an external monitor?

@stovis It does on the PinePhones, but the other phones don't have hardware support for video over USB-C. It might theoretically be possible on the Note 3 and S5 because they had a proprietary video over USB-micro that I know did work on Android, but it's not implemented on mainline.

@CalcProgrammer1 Allright, thanks for the info. I'm eager to find a device that supports this, as it would be the ultimate party trick IMO. So the only sets that actually can pull this off today are the pine phone, and maybe the furilabs flx1?

pavelBut... be warned that big monitor needs big resolution and that needs big CPU and big GPU, at least if you want to browse the web.
