Why do I have to go to Wrocław to buy cheap shoes of high quality, and why do Czech shoe shops suck that much?
@pony I thought it was a Polush one. Anyway, I hesitate to buy without trying it first.

@oleksandr @pony CCC/Eobuwie is quite interesting in this regard because if you do a feet scan in their stores, you can pretty much buy shoes without trying them first. You can compare their statistics like width etc, and if you find one that looks good, they should fit. Although with flat feet it’s still very long process but at least I have a bigger chance of finding something I like 🥴

@pony @oleksandr polish selection was very poor in early days but nowadays you have like a shitton of international brands like nike or whatever, you know the drill, and they still offer a bunch of their own brands, and so yeah their online stores are full of everything tbh, although not everything has that scan available which sucks but oh well

@pony @oleksandr like, i have no idea about quality because that really depends, but i bought some winter badura shoes made out of leather and they hold up well after one season(so like, 4-5 months of almost daily use lmao), which is like, not really a great measurement but you know

@pony @oleksandr like, even many of their own-brand shoes are quite pricy nowadays i feel like
