@jarkko

FWIW, in case you ever need vanilla mainline kernel for your Fedora and are not yet aware that some pre-build packages exist:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/kernel-vanilla/mainline/

/me ist on Fedora 41 and happy with Gnome 47 so far, albeit wonders why the gtk4 file chooser sometimes does not show previews for image files

@kernellogger Actually I did a typo, I was supposed to do system upgrade from 40 to 41 but typed by mistake 42 :-)

Oh well, I guess I will make fresh 41 beta install https://fedoraproject.org/workstation/download?beta

@kernellogger So once I get that, I think the vanilla kernel copr will be very much useful.

@jarkko

hah, bad, but happens.

But well, rawhide and 41 are still pretty close. Something like "dnf --releasever=41 distrosync 'fedora*'" followed by "dnf distrosync" might get you back on track without a reinstall with a bit of luck.
