As a Canadian and given a device with limited language UI options, I pick:
33% English (US) - honor, color, neighbor
40% English (UK) - realise, gaol, diarrhoea
26% Français (France) - chu French en tabarnak

I do realize that "Français (Canada)" is an even more rare option than "English (Canada)".

Personally, even though I'm fairly fluent in Québec French, I still get immediately lost in the UI menus if they are in anything but English.

I usually choose the UK or GB edition of the language for wrong, spelling options,
Possibly the same for the UI depending on how it's implemented.
It may enforce other style choice like number, currency an so on making it a no option. (Google drive does/did this)
