i'd hate to think this is beyond change. i do hope i've managed to leave some of these behaviors behind.

also left people who are like this behind, concluding compassion and attempts to understand and communicate are not going to get them anywhere and the only think that would help is something that shatters their world completely instead of validating it. which i consider a tragedy.

By this point, I wouldn't be surprised if bcachefs got thrown out of Kernel 6.13 and Greg decided to make 6.13 instead of 6.12 the next LTS kernel so he won't have to carry bcachefs for a whole LTS cycle…
