@kernellogger @toke no I think the 'herding cats' analogy works very well for kernel people (and coders as a whole really). As somebody who has 4 cats, I can confirm its veracity :)

I went with Linus Clawvalds because it made me laugh so much, I'm not a big fan of celebrity as a thing, so when I name things after famous people it's probably a piss take (but in spirit of good fun :)
Linus the cat is a bit of a c*** like his namesake :P but also fundamentally quite a solid feline err sort of like his namesake too.
Another of our cats is named after an arsehole ex-boss because said cat is a total arsehole. You can see the naming convention I have applied here - make myself laugh basically. That one I've come to regret a bit though since I here his name daily now :P
