I need some medicine go drown anxiety and, this, being able to sleep properly.

Melatonin doesn't do anything.

Does anyone know any?

@captainepoch
I don't know any pharms that don't carry side effects that are worse than the symptom they treat.

Herb-wise: Passionflower, chamomile, valerian, catnip teas.

Cannabis (of the right kind, takes experimentation), or just CBD can help for me.

Also, a decoction of Cat's Claw (uncaria tomentosa) has a really strong calming/sedative effect on me. Does take a while to make though.

@Vo @captainepoch chamomille does indeed work and has saved my ass, it will take the edge out of anxiety. i think lemon balm does work too.

make sure the teas are strong enough, ideally it's loose tea. with tea bags you'll need multiple per cup, at least for chamomille.

@Vo @bonifartius Is there Chamomille in a pill or something similar? Just asking, because it might be easier to find in a pharmacy.

@captainepoch I doubt you'll get far with non-prescription stuff and without doctor's help

@captainepoch @bonifartius my pharmacy has sleepy teas and lavender oil, but yeah there might be capsules for some of those I mentioned. They might cause a little more digestive stress is all

@vbabka I'm considering going to one at some point. Althouth, I think the underlying problem is that I'm not able to calm down and I'm always overthinking about everything...

@vbabka I really hope it to, it's been a decade since I'm able to sleep properly without reaching a breaking point anytime it happens...

Thanks for the encouragement ablobmeltsoblove
