On a more serious note though are we talking about those ridiculous enlargement pumps or the pump that goes with an implanted medical apparatus for some forms of ED? I was thinking the later...

What would be interesting too is the gender vs. responses, I would presume most adult men knows about both.

Yeah, we're talking about enlargment pumps...

But it's worth noting that they originally had a medical purpose
and then they started being used for all sorts of things
at first, it was for erectile dysfunction, as you mentioned
then some people apparently discovered their enlarging effect...
okay, for the first one, there are now those nice little blue pills

@si_irini @monsieuricon the medical one is an implant in the penis that can be inflated using a pump. Not even remotely similar to the external enlargement pumps.

And TIL after looking it up the pump fit inside the scrotum so it's actually quite discrete!
