🎉 Published PipeTap with libcamera fork patcat

Now it's time to beta test!

PipeTap is an application that control @libcamera driven camera through @pipewire .

At one point, I was implementing autogain for libcamera, but decided merging code into libcamera is quite hard. OTOH autogain and autofocus is quite easy :-). If there's some kind of software autogain/autofocus in libcamera, I may want to try again and get it working on Librem 5.

@pavel @libcamera @pipewire @postmarketOS There are AGC in libcamera softisp (autogain and autoexposure). Megapixels is not a good variant for me, because i want to use camera in all apps

@NekoCWD @libcamera @pipewire @postmarketOS I see, libcamera improved while I was not looking. Still no autofocus... and needs newer meson than I have on Librem 5. Anyway, I should probably take another look.
