I really hate lists.riscv.org - the UI looks like it is designed for a mobile device & generally browsing the online interface is a miserable experience.

It also appears to be completely unable to handle me wanting to have more than one email address?

@conor Heh, it's groups.io -- a service very much orthogonal to how kernel devs like to use mailing lists.

@monsieuricon I would describe it as "a crock of shit". It doesn't help when you're already frustrated at what people are saying & then it does something to piss you off :)

@conor @monsieuricon FWIW, I pretty much just bin everything from groups.io until something fun starts happening... ;)

@palmer @conor We source some groups.io lists into lore via a webhook, which allows us to get unaltered messages into the archives and avoid all the horrible things groups.io does to subscriber mail.

So, if you have a favourite technical list you would like to have on lore, let me know and we can set it up.

@monsieuricon @conor the RISC-V ISA development lists are in groups.io, but TBH that's kind of just a good excuse to stay as far away from them as possible... ;)

@palmer @monsieuricon I also think you need to be a member of RVI or w/e to access them, so sourcing them on lore might be helpful to my workflow - but would likely get us in hot water!

@palmer @monsieuricon Yeah, mostly my policy too, but I took the bait today.
