@hyeyoo @huawei @ljs To be honest, I don't know the specifics. The core team has researched formal verification methods for ages. Another person joined from academics and then went back.

There are also interns from the technical university in Dresden. They certainly did no research before, so I assume it's also OK to join as a graduate with no prior research experience.
